Mendoza Brothers Holdings, LLC DBA Auto Lift Solutions (“Auto Lift Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) installs, services, and inspects vehicle lifts and other heavy equipment in Florida. This page describes how we collect and use your information, including through our text (SMS) messaging program, and contains the terms and conditions of that messaging program.
Information We Collect
- Contact and service request information you provide through our website forms, by phone, by email, or by text — such as your name, company, phone number, email address, equipment details, and the content of your message.
- Text messaging opt-in information — your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages, if you sign up for our messaging program.
- Service records related to work we perform for you, such as installation dates, inspection results, and maintenance history.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, including support via text message.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- If you opt in to our messaging program: to send you service-related reminders, such as automated reminders after an installation to re-torque anchor bolts, and periodic maintenance or inspection reminders for your equipment.
- To meet our legal, safety, and record-keeping obligations.
Text Messaging Program
Our messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, along with service-related reminders for customers who sign up for them (for example, post-installation anchor re-torque reminders and equipment maintenance reminders).
- You only receive automated reminder messages if you sign up for them, and you can cancel alerts at any time.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Data Sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
We use trusted service providers (such as our telephone and messaging platform) only as needed to operate our business and deliver messages you have requested. We do not sell your personal information.

- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@autoliftfl.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including safety and inspection record-keeping requirements that apply to our industry.
