Air isn't required for operation, and anchoring isn't required to maintain ALI/ETL certification — adjustable lock ladders keep the install versatile even on uneven floors.
Up to 80" of storage clearance
Up to 85½" service rise and 80" of clearance under the runways in the top locked position — room to park a second vehicle below.
Commercial-grade runways
Formed runways with a built-in rail system take convenience add-ons like rolling jacks and oil drip trays (sold separately), and a single-point manual lock release drops both column locks at once.

For the 7K CL4P7. The 9K standard wants 11' x 22', and the wide CL4P9W needs a 14' x 22' bay.
Under the runways in top locked position on the extended and wide 9K models — 63" on the CL4P7, 67¾" on the 9K standard.
Tallest models — your ceiling must clear the columns plus whatever rides on top. The CL4P7 columns stand just 6' 7½".
