Built for heavy-duty, commercial, and municipal fleets
An oversized steel pulley reduces internal stress, and 60-inch lifting carriages balance the long 62-inch arms for ideal weight distribution in the columns.
Two-stage front & rear arms
Heavy-duty two-stage arms front and rear enable a wide range of symmetric lifting — from a compact sedan to a heavy-duty truck on a single lift.
Stack adapters & screw pads standard
Stack screw pads come standard and work with a wide range of vehicles; heavy-duty stack adapters store in the organizer rack for quick access.
Air-actuated safety release
A single-point, air-actuated safety lock release lets technicians disengage both columns simultaneously, and a two-foot column extension handles the tallest trucks and cargo vans.
The data plate
The numbers that matter — straight from John Bean's spec sheet.
Specifications per John Bean (Snap-on® Equipment). EELS542A standard, EELS543A extended height — each installs at your choice of three heights and three widths.
Will it fit your shop?
Three measurements decide it. Grab a tape measure — or send us these numbers and we'll confirm it fits your bay.
Your choice of 13½', 14', or 14½' installation height — the extended EELS543A runs 186" – 198".
Installs at 10', 10½', or 11' between columns — wide enough to drive the big stuff through.

Where we come in on a EELS542A / EELS543A
Wherever you buy it, this is the part we handle — anywhere in Florida.
Repair and parts
Authorized John Bean service provider — cylinders, cables, locks, power units, and controls. We rebuild hydraulic cylinders in-house in Micanopy, so a discontinued part is not the end of the lift.
ALI-certified inspection
Annual inspection by ALI Certified Lift Inspectors with the serialized sticker and the paperwork — logged in our FieldSvc platform so the history is there when you need it.
Installation and relocation
New delivery, added bay, or a move across town — we set, anchor, and load-test John Bean lifts to spec and commission them properly, whoever you bought them from.
