Medium-duty muscle for low-roof shops
The LC-12 packs 12,000 lb of capacity onto short columns — without giving up Mohawk's plate-steel construction or layered safeties.
Locks from the ground up
All-position mechanical safety locks engage in both columns from ground level to full height, backed by patented infinite-position hydraulic safeties and automatic swing-arm restraints.
¾" forklift-mast columns
Built from ¾" thick forklift mast steel with eight double-sealed, self-lubricating steel ball-bearing rollers per carriage — smooth, maintenance-free travel for commercial and fleet duty.
Flexible arms & adapters
Low-profile 5" swing arms slide under most passenger cars; 5", 7½", and 10" stackable adapter pads ship standard. Optional three-stage arms retract 2" shorter and reach 10" longer.

Specifications per Mohawk Lifts (LC-12-3SA). Stainless hydraulic lines mount overhead at any height or route through the floor. Mohawk's Extended Lifetime Cylinder Seal Warranty supplies the seals themselves to the original purchaser only — it does not cover the rebuild labour, which is work we do in-house.

Repair and parts
Authorized Mohawk service provider — cylinders, cables, locks, power units, and controls. We rebuild hydraulic cylinders in-house in Micanopy, so a discontinued part is not the end of the lift.
ALI-certified inspection
Annual inspection by ALI Certified Lift Inspectors with the serialized sticker and the paperwork — logged in our FieldSvc platform so the history is there when you need it.
Installation and relocation
New delivery, added bay, or a move across town — we set, anchor, and load-test Mohawk lifts to spec and commission them properly, whoever you bought them from.
