Mohawk sells this one factory-direct, and that works out fine — we're an authorized Mohawk installer and service provider. 7" x 1" mast channels
Massive 7"-wide by 1"-thick forklift mast channels on a 48"-wide base — not formed sheet metal — for lateral stability at full 20,000 lb capacity.
ALI Gold Label safety
Certified to ANSI/ALI ALCTV and OSHA standards, with 14 locking positions of 1½"-thick steel safety locks and a single-point pneumatic release for both columns.
Three-stage arms & adapters
Three-stage low-profile swing arms plus included 5", 7½", and 10" stackable truck adapters reach under frames, around toolboxes, and past fuel tanks.

Specifications per Mohawk Lifts (TP-20 / TP-20 WB wide-base). Warranty: 25 years structural, 10 years mechanical, 5 years hydraulic cylinders, limited lifetime cylinder seals. Mohawk's Extended Lifetime Cylinder Seal Warranty supplies the seals themselves to the original purchaser only — it does not cover the rebuild labour, which is work we do in-house.

Overhead lines run at 16' standard, adjust to any ceiling height, or route in-floor.
Column-to-column footprint — plan a 15-foot bay for full-size truck doors on both sides.
4,000 psi mix: 6½" for the standard base, 6" for the wide-base TP-20 WB. Anchor bolts included.

Wherever you buy it, this is the part we handle — anywhere in Florida.
Repair and parts
Authorized Mohawk service provider — cylinders, cables, locks, power units, and controls. We rebuild hydraulic cylinders in-house in Micanopy, so a discontinued part is not the end of the lift.
ALI-certified inspection
Annual inspection by ALI Certified Lift Inspectors with the serialized sticker and the paperwork — logged in our FieldSvc platform so the history is there when you need it.
Installation and relocation
New delivery, added bay, or a move across town — we set, anchor, and load-test Mohawk lifts to spec and commission them properly, whoever you bought them from.
